Birr Rugby Football club are again hosting a fundraising golf classic and the committee would like to invite you to support us, in any way you can, on Fri 24 th May at Birr Golf Club.
Like all voluntary sports organizations it is a constant challenge to raise funds for recurring club expenses, and also maintain a growing number of teams at mini, youths and senior levels.
This season we have had lots of fun and enthusiastic rugby in all age groups from adult, through to mini-rugby, including increased success at girl’s rugby at under 16 and 18 levels.
We would urge you to participate in our golf classic day (€200 per team of 4 incl. steak dinner) or alternatively, you can contribute to hole sponsorship (€50), if you prefer.
It promises to be a very sociable day and all proceeds from the day will to be used for continuous upgrading and development on our clubhouse, pitches and playing facilities.
We look forward to having you join us on what has always proved to be a great day out.
